Office visits are by appointment only. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Telephone hours are 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call as soon as possible so your appointment can be rescheduled and your time may be used for another patient. The time allotted for each appointment depends on the nature of your visit, so please give the receptionist enough information so she may assign the proper time and priority to your needs.
The receptionist will inform you if your doctor is delayed by surgery or an emergency and will either reschedule your appointment or try to accommodate your visit with another doctor if this is acceptable. Should you find you have been waiting for more than 15 minutes, please check with the receptionist. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule.
All of your medical records are confidential, and no information is given over the telephone without your written consent. Your written authorization is required before your records will be released to insurance companies or others. There is a minimum $10.00 processing fee for the reproduction and release of records.
If you have non-emergency questions or call to get laboratory reports or a progress report on your condition, please call between 8:00 to 4:30. These calls are returned within 24 business hours.
If you are calling for a prescription refill, please call during the telephone hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so we can check your records to make sure a refill is the best course of treatment. Be sure to provide the name, location, and telephone number of your pharmacy available before your call.
We expect payment at the time of service either in full or as designated by your insurance plan. As a convenience for you, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or debit card as payment options.
There will be a charge for canceling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance.
