We will expect payment at the time of service in full or as designated by your insurance plan. For your convenience, our payment options include cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or debit card.
If you are insured by a managed care plan, our office will verify benefits and file your claims. Your most current insurance card must be presented at each visit. If you have not satisfied your deductible, or if a co-pay or co-insurance is part of your insurance contract, you will be asked to pay this at the time of your visit.
Our goal is to participate in as many of the most popular and common managed care and insurance plans in the Emory Healthcare Network. Therefore, the list of plans we participate in is regularly undergoing review and changes. Aetna Emory Healthcare Network (EHN) HMO & PPO.
